You’ve probably heard something about the groups called Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Let us tell you the purpose of these groups. Each group is made up of 6-8 churches in our Association that are in a general area in relation to one another. The purpose of these groups is so that the Pastors, staff, and members of these churches can come together to pray, share ideas, fellowship and get to know one another. These events allow many of our bi-vocational pastors an opportunity to participate in something that they may not otherwise have the chance to do. We are searching for what works best so that the majority of people will be able to participate in these events. So far, we have tried evening meals for two of our four groups and breakfast meals for the other two groups. We have met with some success and we encourage you to participate in any upcoming group events.
