Deadline: Wednesday, June 19th. All money and t-shirt sizes have to be turned in.
Cost: $40 per person, with a cap of $140 for an immediate family of four or more.
What the $40/$140 covers:
¨ One t-shirt per person
¨ Your meals while at the host church.
Additional shirts are available for $10 each. Caps also available in green and black for $12 each.
What you will be responsible for:
¨ Food on the way up there and back
¨ If you decide to go out to eat rather than eat at the host church
¨ Any additional items you choose to purchase
¨ Anything on Fun Day you choose to participate in/purchase
¨ Gas if you choose to drive your personal vehicle or if you are a church that decides to drive their own van/bus/cars
